PiYo: Pilates Yoga Fusion is a 60-minute class that blends the core-strengthening focus of Pilates with the breath-centered movement of yoga. This class is designed to help you build strength, improve stability, and increase mobility without high-impact movement.
You can expect slow, controlled exercises, mindful transitions, and plenty of options to meet your body where it is. We focus on core support, posture, and functional movement while staying connected to the breath. No experience is needed, and perfection is not the goal—feeling stronger and more supported in your body is.
