
60 Minutes • Gentle Slow Flow and Restorative Yoga • In-Studio
Weekday Wind Down is a 60-minute slow flow and restorative yoga class designed to help you release stress, calm your nervous system, and transition out of the busyness of your day.
This class includes gentle flowing movements, stretches, longer-held supported poses, breathwork, and guided relaxation. Expect cozy props, dim lighting, and a slower pace that invites deep rest. Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, tired, or simply in need of a reset.
