60 Minutes • Gentle + Accessible Yoga • In-Studio
Yoga for EveryBody is a gentle, accessible yoga class designed to meet you exactly where you are—no matter your experience, ability, or fitness level.
Wondering if yoga can really be accessible for you? Curious about using a chair or yoga props? This class is a place to explore all of that in a supportive, welcoming environment.
Because every body is different, not every pose works the same for everyone—and that’s okay. In this class, we focus on what does work for you. Through breath, mindful movement, visualization, and simple meditation, you’ll experience yoga in a way that feels approachable and sustainable.
You can expect options for every movement, including chair-based and mat-based variations, along with gentle guidance that helps you build strength, improve balance, support posture, and regulate your nervous system.
This is not about getting it “right.” It’s about feeling more connected to your body, one breath at a time.
