4 Weeks • Yoga + Creative Expression • Beginner-Friendly • In-Studio
Ink & Energy: A 4-Week Creative Flow Series is a beginner-friendly experience designed to help you move, breathe, and create in a way that feels approachable, supportive, and completely judgment-free.
Each session begins with gentle, accessible yoga to release tension, improve mobility, and help you reconnect with your body. Through simple breathwork and chakra-inspired awareness, you’ll begin to create space—physically and mentally—for creativity to flow.
From there, we transition into meditative doodling using your personal art kit. You’ll be guided through simple techniques that encourage focus, relaxation, and self-expression. No art experience is needed—this is about the process, not the outcome.
Over the course of four weeks, you’ll build confidence in both movement and creativity, while discovering how the two can work together to support relaxation, presence, and a sense of ease.
Move your body. Quiet your mind. Let creativity flow.
