This time of year is all about change and rebirth. We’ve all been looking forward to Spring so much after a long harsh winter but now that it’s finally here we need to consciously adapt to our changing temperatures and schedules. Not that I’m complaining.
Spring, and fall for that matter, are a great time to work on grounded-ness and presence. Join me in class this week to establish a strong connection to the earth and the present moment.
As many of us rush out into the garden to prepare for the year ahead, there couldn’t be a better time to prepare your body for the rigours of the summer, whatever form they’ll take.
