Time to Relax by Michelle

Are you starting to feel stressed about the holidays? A little worn out? 

At times like these I feel a calling to come back to my yoga mat, back to my practice – to find that place of peace, of centeredness and of calm.

Sometimes I do this through a gentle class. But sometimes it is the exact opposite that I need – finding that inner fire through a power class and burning off that keyed up, almost frantic, energy I find myself experiencing during the holiday season – plus savasana never feels so good as right after an invigorating practice (it’s also helpful to burn off those extra calories I find myself eating at holiday parties or right from my own kitchen!).

Let’s take some time for ourselves this holiday season so we can be at our best.
