Can you feel it?
I am noticing more and more that spring is on its way. The snow is melting, the sun is feeling warmer and the birds are slowly returning!!
Our energy can be a beautiful reflection of this spring energy, bringing with it a sense of renewal and rebirth. It is time to awaken from hibernation, similar to coming back into our bodies after savasana.
So let’s start to wiggle our fingers and toes, rotate our wrists and ankles and take that final full body stretch as we welcome in a new season with a renewed sense of energy and vitality.
