Refund Policy

Drop In Passes and Memberships:

All drop in passes and Radiance Passes are non refundable, except for medical reasons, in which case we may ask for a doctors note. Drop in passes expire one year from purchase and can be shared with a friend or family member. Radiance Passes are non-transferable, and may not be put on hold. If you would like to cancel your Radiance Pass please do so in writing with 30 days notice. Radiance Passes require a minimum commitment of three months.

Series Classes and Workshops:

Series classes and workshops fees are refundable for medical reasons, and as a result of any changes or cancellations on our part. Any further queries regarding refunds for yoga classes, workshops or memberships can be directed to us at (905) 852 6600.


If you are not completely satisfied with our product, please contact us within 15 days at (905) 852 6600 or by email so that we can arrange to provide you with a replacement, exchange, credit or refund.

If you purchased items at the studio, please return them to the studio in saleable condition. If you purchased online at please note that we may request that you fill out a return form, after notifying us either by telephone or by email. This will help us to understand the reason for your dissatisfaction with the product. All returns must be unused and in saleable condition.
