Preparing for Fall by Michelle

Time for a check in?

Last week my focus was on non-judgement surrounding change. With winter looming at our doorstep – have you noticed the days are starting to shorten? And the kiddies will be heading back to school soon – yes, it will be here before we know it. The season of fall is our last opportunity of 2013 to revisit our intentions we made way back at the beginning of the year and make any more changes before winter sets in.
Fall is a great time to check-in and see what is working and what isn’t working for us in our lives and to make the changes. For me, fall always signals back-to-school, even through I have been out of school for a few years now. Maybe as I get older, what fall really signals is reflecting and learning from all the things accomplished in the spring and summer and integrating these lessons into my life. Winter is then the time to settle into the changes and lessons that we have made and learned.
So before the leaves have all changed colour and fallen, what changes would you like to make? Use the energy of fall to boost your creativity and give you the motivation to act.
