Introducing Michelle’s new class themes blog…
Hello Radiant Joy Yogis and Yoginis,
My name is Michelle and I am a teacher at the studio. I am going to attempt to start a blog to give everyone a little teaser of what you will find in my classes in the following week.
Please feel free to give me feedback on ANYTHING! After all, I am a guide to your practice and would love feedback on anything from poses you would like to practice more or add to the practice, types of music you like (or don’t like!) or any other suggestions or comments. I am always looking for ways to improve the classes that I offer you.
This week I am going to focus my classes on mindfully opening our hearts. In most of our day to day life we may unconsciously close off our heart (we sit hunched over at our computers/desks, when we drive, etc.). This makes backbends and heart opening postures extremely important to open and free our hearts and to find balance in our bodies (and to counteract and correct our posture!).
Let’s find some freedom this week and open our hearts.
