Our Friends on the Path meditation group is open to all. No meditation experience is required. This is a free event although you are welcome to bring a donation for the food bank. Join us to support your current practice or to get help beginning one.
We meet on the third Sunday of each month between 10.45 am and noon. Along with meditation we enjoy uplifting audio talks from modern thinkers on mindful living.
