Now that I’ve recovered from my fall down the stairs two weeks ago it’s time for me to reboot my practice. I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am about this.
I missed my mat so much while I was recovering and even last week although I was able to teach I couldn’t do my own practice.
It’s been a great reminder of how much joy and happiness I get from yoga. This is the feeling I want to share with as many people as possible.
We all need different types of practice. Some of us need vigorous, exciting, challenging and strong practices. Some of us need slow, relaxing and meditative practices. And sometimes we need a mixture of both.
Whatever you need, join me on the mat this week and get in touch with your practice, even if it’s been a while. The practice that makes your body feel fantastic and your mind clear and calm. Our theme will be JOY!
