Yoga is my heart, my soul, my passion and purpose but this year I’ve been delighted to discover a fun, new interest and I can’t wait to share it with you.
On Boxing Day, feeling overstuffed and almost glued to the couch, Lauren (my daughter) finally talked me into buying the Insanity 60 day DVD exercise programme and I’m so glad that she did. 🙂
We started on January 1st and we’ve worked out HARD six days a week for five months now. As a result, I’m in the best shape of my life. I’m stronger, healthier and happier for making this commitment to myself. I didn’t know what I was capable of before I started and it turns out that I can do way more than I thought.
Of course, none of it would have been possible without yoga to balance out the intensity of the cardio / strength workouts along the way. My yoga practice has deepened too as I’ve connected with and strengthened muscles long since forgotten.
This weekend, I took part in the Insanity Instructor training programme and I can’t wait to share this with you.
insanitySo, as a late addition to the June schedule, we are adding in one Insanity class per week at 6.15 pm on Thursdays. We’ll start with an approximately 30 minute class and build up to 50 minutes.
