Feeling Grateful?

As some of you already know, our family has good reason to be grateful at the moment. After an extremely difficult year we got some good news last week that has taken a lot of stress and worry from our shoulders.
It would be easy to be bitter about the last year and how challenging it’s been but there really is no point. Why make this moment unhappy because of something in the past?
We’re choosing instead to feel truly grateful that the difficulties are in the past and for the lessons that they taught us.


This week I’ll be teaching gratitude practices in all my classes. Come along and connect to heart opening gratitude.
