Feeling grateful?

This week in class we will be focusing on gratitude. We are going to unlock and soften our hearts and focus on the amazing abundance that we have in our lives right now.

We have an amazing amount of things to be grateful for in our live (our family and friends, our health, our yoga practice, the natural beauty that surrounds us and the list goes on and on). When we focus on the abundance that we have going on in our lives, our lives become more easeful, joyful and full of love. Our lives become beauty in motion.

I want to share with everyone one of my favourite gratitude quotes:
