Keeping the Balance?
What a beautiful day! It’s a wonderful and welcome reminder that it’s time to get back outside and cram in as much outdoor fun as we can. 🙂
We’re all pulling out our running shoes, bicycles, camping equipment, gardening tools, etc. In my case, I hope, getting the horses fit and running again.
It’s also a time when I’m grateful for my yoga practice. I know that if it wasn’t for my practice I wouldn’t be able to do the physically challenging activities I enjoy so much. Through developing my core and balance I am able to delight, without pain, in all the joys the good weather brings.
Keep up your practice as you ‘swing back into action’ outside. Stay healthy, strong and flexible as you challenge your body with a return to ‘fair-weather’ activities. That way you can enjoy them all season long.
Join me in class this week where we’ll be looking at balance in particular.
