Whenever we practice we set an intention for our efforts. We do this before our physical practice and often at the end we re-dedicate ourselves to taking the theme off that mat and living it in our daily lives.
Dedication and purpose are very much part of what we do, part of our practice.
This week I want to encourage you to re-dedicate yourself to your practice as a whole. To dedicate a consistency of effort to getting on the mat.
Sign up for our Yoga Challenge and commit to practicing a number of times per week. You will soon feel the benefits of your increased practice.
As I’m always reminding students, compassionate but persistent practice will move mountains in your body and mind. In my experience, much more so than sudden breakthroughs which often fade away.
Hope to see you on a mat this week.

How can I help people who have sadness and loneliness in their hearts?
