CORE+CARDIO is a fitness class designed to incorporate cardio, core, and strength building components. Class workouts vary to keep you coming back for more and always cover a variety of muscle groups. The pace adjusts throughout the workout between slower, more focused exercises to fast, high intensity ones. It is user-friendly, with modifications to suit every fitness level.
