Another little gatha from Thich Nhat Hanh to help you through the week but before I share it I want to tell you about an amazing new way of developing core strength with almost no effort and no exercise.
Go on a roller coaster that scares you.
I went on the Behemoth at Canada’s Wonderland for the first time on Wednesday and my abdominals are still aching today, Friday.
My one caveat is that I think you do have to be absolutely terrified. Uncontrollable shaking helps. 🙂
To help me recover, this week’s gatha is about drinking tea.
This cup of tea in my two hands,
mindfulness is held uprightly.
