Ready to celebrate?

This past weekend I was reminded that we need to celebrate everything in life. We need to celebrate life!! Not just the big things (birthdays, graduations, weddings) but the little things too.
Did you take time for yourself today? Celebrate that!
Have a good meal? Celebrate.
Practice yoga? Yes, you guessed it, celebrate.
A celebration doesn’t need to be elaborate and you don’t need to invite anyone else besides yourself. Dance! Listen to a song that you love. Eat a cupcake. Go for a walk. Watch the birds. Do whatever it is that you love to do. Celebrate!!! 
Find whatever it is that makes your heart beat just a little faster. That thing that you absolutely love – and do it!!
Make your life a constant celebration!!
