I’m ready to get back to my mat, are you?

I’m so excited to be back in the studio this week, I’ve missed you all so much.
It was great to have some time off though, huge love and thanks to the lovely teachers who guest taught my classes to make it possible.
Time off gives us an opportunity for reflection and to recommit to our practice. I’m feeling invigorated and ready to go, especially with September just around the corner.
To kick it off, on Saturday 7th September we’ll be hosting an Open House, 11 – 1. It will include a free introductory class at 11 am. Come along and experience your first class with us! Everyone welcome, all mats and props provided.
During the time off, we did find time to do an exciting little reconnaissance mission. Details are still being finalized, I can’t wait to tell you all about it. Maybe in our newsletter next week. Here’s a little hint…

Meditation

September is the start of my year in many ways and I’m so excited about the projects I’m taking on this year. Between our secret mission, the teacher training, the television show and other media projects, I hope to bring more yoga to more people than ever before. If that isn’t something to get excited about, I don’t know what is.
This week we’ll be exploring the yoga concept of tapas or fire in our practice. Join me to find out more.
